Mayor Luis Chavit Singson continues to deliver priority infrastructure development programs. Vice Mayor Atty. Pablito V. Sanidad, Sr., members of the Sangguniang Bayan ng Narvacan (Engr. Joseph Tejada, Dr. Edna Cabalo Sanidad, Joven Ampo Jr., Charito Copiozo Viloria, Atty. Bernadette Cauton Lim, Lito Caballes, Zaldy Clarin, and Reina Alexa Antolin), together with the Municipal Engineering Office and the Municipal Project Inspection Team, Caloy Valera, Punong Barangay, officials, and leaders lead the ceremony.
