NARVACAN DIGITAL PALENGKE LAUNCHING
The Municipality of Narvacan, Ilocos Sur under the service leadership of LMP National President, Mayor Luis "Chavit" C. Singson implements the initial phases of cashless transactions in a public market setting. With this launch, Mayor Chavit hopes to deliver one of the FIRST of its kind, and push further the progress of Narvacan towards a technologically advanced and economically smart City in the coming years.
Reigning Miss Universe Harnaaz Sandhu will be the Guest of Honor for the event, along with the Arch. Richelle Singson for LCS Group.
